derek butler social issue

the biggest social issue to me would have to be domestic violence. more and more people fall into the trap domestic violence sets for them. i believe stats say that there are more people going to jail because of domestic violence than anything else. i know people who have slipped up and become a victim of domestic violoence and actually gotten years in prison for it. i think at the same time a domestic violence charge can be a little unfair seein as though if the girl testifies against the guy it is basically a one way street for him and that street leads straight to county.
