Immigration Issues

My personal opinion about immigration is that it’s wrong. It’s sad how this world has become of people rights. I understand that many people are illegal and that it is wrong to cross the border into a country without documentation. That is why I’m going to express my thoughts about this topic.
I should say that this is a free country with people having rights. Many immigrants migrate here for better. Not just for themselves but for their loved ones as well. Many die and suffer strong heat and painful walks through dry deserts. If it’s not clear yet I must say that more then half the people happen to be Hispanic/Mexican immigrants.
It takes courage and your whole life to risk such a dangerous thing. You put your life in danger and the one of your loved ones after they find out your dead. One thing is going to another country because it’s a need. Another is because it’s voluntarily done.
Current percentages state that our estimated percent of undocumented immigrants range from 11.5 to 12%. Although immigration is bad, people still have the right to be here. I speak for my people. I am a Mexican girl and have seen people I love go through painful situations all because they want the best for their families.
Besides the negative issues, a lot of positive aspects come from this topic. Even though some people may think that immigrants just come into our country to cause trouble but the truth is that undocumented just want a good life. They want what’s best for their family. Better education and more pay in a better job as well.
In conclusion, immigration is not that much of a big issue to me. Yes it’s wrong and it brings a lot of attention but people that have the life we have now would do the same if they were illegal. Now that’s just my opinion though.
