Derek Butler--Respect

I have gained some respect but not necessarily in the places I want it. At home of course I have because Ive basically learned everything on my own. I get the respect from the football team and staff because I earned it! I proved to them I deserve a spot. the place I feel like I need more respect from is the Hug staff. most of the teachers show a little respect but I feel like I am still being judged and dont get treated right! I have respect from friends but I have lost alot for some.
